More than just movement through fitness, FlyWith Fitness firmly believes that each person should always find a movement method that resonates with them. Our movement pillars (as we call them) comes from 4 main techniques, that of Aerial, Barre, Pilates as well Yoga.

Each movement pillar aims to genuinely and intentionally change the way you move. This through an elevated sense of body awareness through Aerial, or an exhilarating dance cardio sequence through Barre, as well connecting scientifically and spiritually through Pilates and Yoga.
